Enjoy Europe’s most exciting travel destinations even more with car hire Germany and car hire Portugal from Argus Rentals.

The day when the Alpine scenery of Germany appears just as alluring to the Portuguese as the beaches of the Algarve do to the Germans will be a true triumph for the travel industry. Until then, travel agents must content themselves with the one-way traffic of sun-starved Germans (along with the rest of us) hitting the sizzling beaches of Praia da Rocha and Albufeira. As a travel destination, Germany is unfairly underestimated. It may not offer the guaranteed sunshine or the golden sands of Portugal, but Germany offers many wonderful attractions, all of which come to life with car hire.

Driving around the lakes and mountains of Bavaria, outdoorsy types are sure to fall under the spell of the spectacular landscape. Meanwhile, the cities teem with cultural and historical attractions. The old fashioned charm of Munich and frenetic energy of Berlin are reason enough to plan a city break in Germany. Portugal doesn’t fare too poorly either on the city break trail. With car hire Portugal, cultured Lisbon and Porto both make for excellent weekend getaways, proving there’s more to Portugal and sun, sand and sardines.

A map of the city can be accessed by logging on to the maps-of-china .net website. Guangzhou city has a nickname, which is ‘Yangcheng’, meaning ram-city. The legend attached to this name is that around the tenth century BC, five super beings flew into the city on five rams, which had stalks of rice in their mouths. The immortal beings gave these stalks of rice to the peasants and prayed for good crops for a bumper harvest and flew away leaving the five rams behind which later turned to stone. Guangzhou city now has a population of six million five hundred sixty thousand. It is located at the southern periphery of China and has Macao and Hong Kong as neighbors quite close by. The Guangzhou map details the comprehensive transportation network of highways, railways, air and water networks, which serve to connect the city with the rest of China and the world as well. Favored with mild weather throughout the year with average annual temperature ranging around twenty-three degrees centigrade, Guangzhou is called the city of flowers. The city is spread over an area of 7434 square kilometers and comprises of twelve districts.
